AKA Bruce Bailey

I am a retired old bloke who has always enjoyed making things out of wood including pergolas, chests of drawers, coffee tables, pantries and anything else needed around the homes we have lived in.

Until retirement I stored tools in buckets and worked on patios and garage floors.

I now have a well equiped workshop (in the garage) and was running out of projects until a few years ago I started making wooden toys.

This rapidly became my passion and it has limitless possibilities for projects. I also joined a Men's Shed nearby which specialises in making wooden toys for underprivilaged children and for others in the community. The members are a fantastic group of people with incredible skills who have taught me a lot.
Through this website, YouTube and Instagram, I want to share my journey in the world of wooden toy making with you.
I would also like to engage with other toymakers with learning techniques and project ideas.
